Semi Flexible Disc/Sanding Disc for Stone

Silicon Carbide Sanding Disc, Semi Flexible Disc, Semi Rigid Disc, made of a heavy duty fibre, it is coated with multiple layers of abrasive grain bonded with synthetic resin. Semi Flexible Disc allows heavy stock removal for stone, cement, and marble applications.

Features:

• Longer life due to the amount of abrasives on the disc
• Avoids loading and provides a cooler grinding effect, thanks to the contoured surface
• Easily adapted to the piece shape, becomes flexible when warmed
• Very fast cutting
• Less pressure is required, operator fatigue is reduced
• Disc must be used with a standard fibre disc backing pad

Application:

Silicon Carbide: For marble, granite, terrazzo, concrete, china clay, enamels, fibre glass bodies, cast iron, cleaning of ship hulls

Green Silicon Carbide: For granite and very hard stones
